提取濃縮設備的原理介紹:
中藥(yao)熱回(hui)流(liu)提取(qu)(qu)濃(nong)(nong)縮機組集成(cheng)了四(si)個(ge)提取(qu)(qu)原理:回(hui)流(liu),滲(shen)透提取(qu)(qu),逆流(liu)提取(qu)(qu),熱回(hui)流(liu)提取(qu)(qu)和濃(nong)(nong)縮。中藥(yao)提取(qu)(qu)和濃(nong)(nong)縮兩個(ge)過程同時進行,中藥(yao)提取(qu)(qu)和濃(nong)(nong)縮過程一次完(wan)成(cheng)。通過改進常壓提取(qu)(qu)槽中的高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)煎煮(zhu)過程,并利(li)用真空(kong)負壓進行低溫(wen)(wen)提取(qu)(qu)和低溫(wen)(wen)濃(nong)(nong)縮,提取(qu)(qu)槽中的工作溫(wen)(wen)度為60-80℃,濃(nong)(nong)縮溫(wen)(wen)度為50℃-控制到70°C。
